Question: What if County Leaders in the county GOP organization do not support the changes? What do we do?

First, you do not want to appear threatening. Changes are scary to those in charge. The program does not have anything to do with Executive Committees or Chairpersons. It is not a critique of their abilities nor a threat to them. It is about changing processes and messaging. If the Executive Committee supports the program, then they can continue in their positions. You want to be sure that you assure them that this is not a threat to them. 

Second, that is why we are focusing on Precinct Officers and voting members. Our first goal is to get support among the voting members. We need to focus on getting the Political Remodel document out to as many PCOs and voting members of the county party and having them read it. Then invite them to one of our Zoom meetings and we answer questions and respond to feedback. Once we have a majority that support making changes, we can then force a vote to implement those changes. If the Executive Committee uses parliamentary tricks to stop the vote, then contact me and I will set up a Zoom meeting to discuss how you can work around it. Eventually, however, everyone comes up for election to their office in the party and the voting members will have their say. 

Stege 1: Get PCOs, Members of the GOP, and inactive/disgruntled conservatives and have them read the manuscript. 

Stage 2: Get the county Republican Party leadership to adopt the program. If necessary, gather all the voting members and have them vote in adopting the program.

Stage 3: Reorganize the county Republican Party. We will provide guidance, tools, and resources at takebackmycounty.com to help implement the program. This includes creating the accounting and vetting committees.

Stage 4: Start the new messaging to the local community. Go to organizations, businesses, and hold events to promote the "New Republican Party" and our messaging of creating a better society.

Stage 5: Promote PCOs in your precincts and establish ties with the voters.

Stage 6: Start campaigning with Patriot Politicians . Focus strongly on local offices within the county.

Stage 7: Win elections and implement changes with patience, consideration, and in a representative fashion.
